awarding five listeners $2,500 tuition scholarships for study at a HBCU

JVC Media of Florida is expanding its Florida Man Radio Network talk brand
known onto its recently acquired Fort Walton Beach cluster. Florida Man
Radio will be heard on WZLB-FM as of March 1st, becoming the brands third
affiliate.

Beasley: Revenue Improving Every Month

Beasley Media Group's fourth quarter 2020 revenue of $68.5 million was down
5% ($3.6 million) from Q4 2019. And that's good news when compared to
2020's third quarter which was down 25% and 2nd quarter, down over 50%.
