Salem Radio Network has signed and extended The Charlie Kirk Podcast to a
multi-year deal. Salem first began selling the podcast in November 2020,
and now will sell and manage the program through the Salem Podcast Network.

Motion Denied To Dismiss Pacifica Directors Suit

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael L. Stern has ruled on multiple
motions by Defendants in a legal complaint against two longtime Pacifica
Radio Foundation Board of Directors. The suit alleged misfeasance and
malfeasance, gross negligence, unlawful conduct, and financial
mismanagement.

Nielsen: March Was Good For Radio

According to the ratings firm, the March PPM survey showed that radio
experienced " significant gains" in listening, an 8% increase
month-over-month in total AQH audience. Nielsen reports the increase was
the largest single-month increase in average audience since last June.Â*
