In the US, the FCC does not regulate content. You might want to revisit that statement. Indecency and obscenity are heavily regulated. On behalf of Howard Stern, Infinity has paid a couple million in fines. The Superbowl cost CBS about $500,000 for the clothing malfunction. They certainly do regulate content. Rich |
