![]() "Meyer Gottesman" wrote in message ... | The "Radio Crazy", it is baaaaaaaaaakkkkkkk !!!!! Hi! | For sale outright: ($150,000 firm). | My partially built LPTV station licensed to Rehoboth | Beach, Delaware. Meyer - I've tried to be tolerant, and I know there are others here who thought I was being a bit too fussy in objecting to this ongoing pitches to have someone take this pig off your hands, but hasn't the total lack of interest in the property clued you in to the idea that it's just not worth anything, to anyone else? And what happened to "I'll only flog a property once" in this newgroup? That struck me as a fair compromise, but one to which you seem unable to adhere. Please stop. I've explained before - Rehoboth Beach is NOT the resort town you describe. It has ample television available from Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC, all top-25 markets, as well as Ocean City/Salisbury MD that you mention. This little peashooter will have neither the revenue nor the captured audience you claim. You may just have to take a loss on this property. And you'd be well-advised to cut your losses, or at least take them out of here. Thank you. |
