Reason Imus got fired is that the 1st amendment that says we have free
speech is conditional. So that's why. The networks were afraid that the Basketball team would sue them it they didn't due anything. Don Imus reminds me of Bill O'Reilly and the other Republicraps on Fox News. Imus got what people thought he deserved. If the 1st amendment for freedom of speech was true he couldn't get fired for what he said. Yes I believe that if he would have been african american he would still have his job. They can say anything they want about each other. But if a white person says the same thing they say it's racist. He shouldn't have said what he did.
