If you don't find your answer here try your question on eHam.net.

Hello Barry:

Most all of the ham amps have two 110 Volt AC windings in the power
transformer. These two seperate windings are wired in seriers like two
batteries in a flashlight. This series connection allows for the 220
Volt AC use.

The two seperate windings can also be wired for 110 Volt AC use. They
need to be wired in paralell. This is not a terribable hard thing to do.
I am sure the operators manual will show how both the 220 and 110
connections are made. Manuals can be bought off the internet, just type
in Dentron Clipperton into www.Google.com

Hope this helps

Hello Barry: again...

Go to the CB Tricks web site at:
http://www.cbtricks.com/Amp/dentron/...on_l/index.htm

You find will a diagram showing how to wire the amp for 110 Volt use. If
this is out of your technical league I would have a technician do it for
you. Remember this amp uses high voltages that can and have killed.

At the very least, get into the HV section and you'll have a nice blue aura.

Keyclown activity with amps is illegal.
