there should be no doubt that is it not safe to talk on a cell phone/ham radio while driving. *statistics on accidents show that drivers who talk on cell phones or ham radios while driving are involved in a much higher percentage of traffic accidents than those who do not engage in such behavior. statistics show that in cities and states which enacted laws requiring hands free cell phone, accidents increased. from when they were allowed hands on cell phone use. hands free cell phone use is obviously more dangerous. |
