If you are a ham radio operator and a member of the ARRL, you may want
to think about contacting them and including some their self-professed
represenative's (KC8LDO) more colorful posts where he utilizes their
insignia to further his personal agenda of harassment of the cb group
and all that eludes his intellect. I have all his old posts pertaining
to myself and some pertaining to the group in general,,forges, death
threats, threats of violence, threats against the group of spamming us
with pornography, etc,,,,the list is endless. This operator was informed
several times that his behaviors reflect on the ARRL as a whole. Ring
the term "jock" or "jockstrap" through google under groups in
"rec.radio.cb", along with "Leland C. Scott" and one will find the ARRL
sig in the body of the majority of this errant operator's harassing
posts to the usenet group rec.radio.cb. All were forges of myself, which
is why the forge exists nowhere on any internet archives. The only place
this forge is found is in the body of KC8LDO's many, many, posts, all
bearing the ARRL sig.

Operators such as this utterly undermine all the efforts the ARRL has
set forth. KC8LDO has a penchant for turning all his discussions on
usenet to one of a personal nature. He suffers from a comunication
deficit so great that he is unable to separate topics from people. Make
a post he disagrees with, YOU suddenly become the problem and his object
of attack. His obsession with personalites is evident with his hundreds
of posts returned with the term "jock" via the google search.





Operators like KC8LDO seriously harm the league's stated goal and
hammies reputations in the eye of the public. The ARRL has a defined
purpose and goal. 5 minutes of viewing KC8LDO's posts and you can view
for yourself if this no-code is contributing to the "Betterment of
Amateur Radio, or if he is part the scourge, the cancerous infected part
of the hobby that doesn't care for anyone but himself, and will use the
league, and it's name, as a tool of harassment toward cbers for merely
discussing different aspects of radio. KC8LDO has appointed himself
official representative of the ARRL, judge, jury, and executioner
against freedom of speech. Mere talk and discussion about anything that
KC8LDO deems illegal IF put into practive is enough to send this
communication-challenged individual into seizure-like spasms and
instant-attack and threaten mode. KC8LDO has an ego so heavily involved
in his quest for power and authority that the use of the ARRL tag in his
internet endeavors gives him a sense of permission, rationalizes his
behavior, as if his harassments are endorsed by the organization.
Operators such as this are the exact opposite of the goal of the ARRL.
The KC8LDO's of the world are out there. Their behavior will not be
tolerated by those seeking to advance the hobby for good. Let the ARRL
know what you think. They need to be informed when they have intentional
strife-causers among their ranks. Then again, it could be intentional
sabotage to blacken the reputation of the ARRL, which is why KC8LDO may
continue to utilize their sig when harassing and forging cbers.
Nevertheless, the ARRL may wish to be informed.
