FCC actually has a person ascertain WHICH person can afford the fine and
who can't? And how is this accomplished? And how do you claim knowledge

certain it has happened at one time or another but since you don;t kow
this for certain, its but another lie.

source...hmm,,,ok,,,,,,,,,,moving on, the article in Popular Wireless
cites no busts for intruders on those freqs, as you would profess. The
FCC doesn't list any busts fo intruders on those freqs., do they? Yet,
when the FCC lists a bust on their website (Doug Adair, N8WWM for
jamming repeaters) you yell "Prove it" and claim the FCC is wrong. When
the FCC DOESN'T list action, you claim it takes place. Gotcha! Just
checking to make certain you're keeping with the Lelnad logic.
