Yepp, it seems so.

I could ofcourse shorten my antenna 5" or so, but i let it be for now.
It works fine from 25.6 to 26.4 Mhz.

What ham band is that? 11.5 meters?

he is not american but norwegian. unknown how his countries rf spectrum
is divided.
