years ago. He flipped when he learned of all the freeband activity
taking place in the open, especially when he failed the code test
(despite repeated attempts at learning 5 WPM) and realized he was caught
between a rock and a hard place. He couldn't upgrade, yet couldn't get
out on the freeband, due to his neck being stepped on. Utterly aghast
