Anybody know the value of the resistor that goes from
one side of the variable pot to the input of the driver
transistor? I know the value of the variable pot and the
resistor that goes to ground are 100 ohms but the resistor
that goes to the input is burned all the color codes off.
Thanks in advanced.

Thats 100 ohms max? What voltage in are we talking about? Also what is the
Transitor, i take it is a amp transistor? BFY?

Voltage in would have nothing to do with this resistor.
It is the resistor that goes from the left side of the variable
pot down to a connection that leads to the input transformer
of the driver (2SC2290) transistor.
That is the left side when you have the amp front facing you.
Thanks

If your so worried about it, why don't you send an e-mail to Dave?

Sidewinder would laugh his ass off at this moron. That's why he won't.

sale or lease), or import, ship, or distribute for the purpose of
selling or leasing or offering for sale or lease, any external radio
frequency amplifier or amplifier kit capable of operation on any
frequency or frequencies between 24 and 35 MHz.

Last time I checked it wasn't against the law to post a WEB link.

The FCC is corrupt. They are too busy taking money and free perks
from Viacom, Sony, Disney, Clear Channel Communications, Media One,
and the rest of the media giants to pay any attention to the disaster
known as 27 MHz CB.
