yes that is a good idea, just take a look back at all of the licensed hams

that
were caught jamming on and around 11 meters in the past couple years and

its
easy to imagine jerry and leland both are capable of this type of thing

based
solely on there hatred for our competeting hobby radio service called cb.

Except for the fact that I rarely listen to CB and have NEVER wasted my time
"jamming" anybody. My interest in CB stops at 28 MHZ. If, however, I hear
one
of those 'drivahs' beeping and squeaking along on the interstate, then I AM
interested.

I had a very interesting conversation with a "certain" gentleman at FCC
today. Hehe! VELLY, VELLY
In-ter-vesting! If he has his way, then things will begin to pop this
coming year on that issue and the sale of those
amplifiers that are so popular, too! Seems there was a
high level meeting at FCC HQ just prior to Christmas, and the subjects of 10
Meter illegals and internet sales
of CB amplifiers were the main topics. VE shall see
how dese t'ings verk out! LOL! Sounds like fun to me!

Finally, as I have said before. Be it ham, CBer, pirate broadcaster, once
an individual has broken the law and finds himself under the gimlet gaze of
FCC agents, then
he/she is fair game and deserves whatever he gets! The
ham ticket is not a factor--illegal is illegal is illegal and the
sooner that ticket is pulled, the better for all. He never
deserved to be licensed to start with.

You are welcome to find evidence that I either have talked on CB radio
within the last 2 months OR have
jammed any CB, ham, or other communications period
and forward it to the aforementioned address. Anytime
an agent wishes to inspect my station, he is most welcomed to look at ALL my
equipment where, I am
proud to say, he will find not ONE piece of illegal gear.

Jerry

If *I* were
'jamming' channel
19 (NOT), then you would hear it, right? Gather evidence (monitoring,
DFing--that is if you are smart enough to DO such a thing), provide PROOF

of
such
and send it to Riley Hollingsworth at .
