PDLII Antenna...
Well...today I found a good second hand one...parted with £100 and took it
home...check it out here http://www.chaneysworld.pwp.blueyond...dlII_pic_1.jpg http://www.chaneysworld.pwp.blueyond...dlII_pic_2.jpg brand new wire with it as well...all I need now is a good bit of weather to put it together and erect it... It's on ma front garden parked up a corner...ain't used it for years...it's

I've done that tonight...there was only 4 nuts that hadn't been
removed...they had rusted badly...they were the 4 nuts on the fibreglass reflectors...everything else was covered in 'waxoyl'...so when I eventually erect it (after this spell of freezing weather) I'll 'waxoyl' it again... I take it stainless and ally don't react!!!!!!!!!!!!...I was gonna post this question... £100 was £20 more than I paid for a new one 23 years ago...but after I had sourced new ones on Ebay and worked out the shipping ($500) £100 seemed like the bargain of the year...and it is in almost new condition... It came with a copy of the US manual as opposed to the European manual...but
I do have my original manual from back in the dark ages...
