You can rent either machine. Thanks. May be I will hire a high school kid for $20 this spring and have him do what you suggest. here on long island one would stop by the 7-11 in farmingville and hire a non-taxpaying illegal for $80-100/day. no prejudice just a fact. |

Off topic? ;-) Actually it's not all dead grass, much of it is part of the living plant and a small layer helps protect the soil from the sun and weed infestation. hows this, when sinking a ground rod you have to pass through a build up of thatch which is part of the natural evolution of grass... covered it i guess (no pun intended) ![]() I like it! If you load up your thatch layer, is it considered ground wave? this is getting bad hehehe ok (sorry brits) if a woman was dethatching a lawn would you call her margaret thatcher? He'll be here all week folks..don't forget to tip your waitress. -- Mopar http://www.allpar.com/mopar.html Go 40 42 12 |

They out work whitey big time. -- Mopar http://www.allpar.com/mopar.html Go 40 42 12 |

If you have an irrigation system, don't forget to mark your heads with flags first. Either machine will crush them. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Article poste via Voila News - http://www.news.voila.fr Le : Wed Feb 25 03:02:42 2004 depuis l'IP : ac829115.ipt.aol.com [VIP 532284301978] -- Mopar http://www.allpar.com/mopar.html Go 40 42 12 |
