Default CB Radio "Catches" Bad Guy!!!

**
This one is funny.

J
ENFORCEMENT: NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE VALUE OF CB RADIO

Turning to the enforcement arena, never underestimate the value of an 11
meter Class D C-B radio set in catching a bad guy. Even when the alleged
perpetrator happens to be the C-B operator at the controls. Bill
Pasternak, WA6ITF, has the details:

--

According to the CGC Communicator, complaints about interference from a
citizens band radio led police to the home of one Vernando Malone of South
Bend, Indiana. When they searched the premises they found more than
$20,000 worth of Nextel cellular telephones and another $20,000 in Motorola
phones. Also located was a computer that Malone allegedly used to activate
the phones

Malone has now been charged with forgery and theft. This, in connection
with what police claim was scheme to fraudulently order large numbers of
cell phones, activate them with a home computer, and then sell them on the
street at discounted prices.

For the Amateur Radio Newsline, I'm Bill Pasternak, WA6ITF, in Los Angeles.

Stamp this one 10-4 good buddy. And if you want to read more, its on-line

Not as funny as you playing up to forges and making the ham community
aware of your antics. Plenty behind the scenes, JerrkyO. Ask N8WWM about
Adam and the ARRL. Anyways, it was my pleasure.

You keep saying that "I 'play' up to forges" when I have no idea what you
are talking about. I represent no one but myself. I am not part of any
group, I DO NOT forge
people, I don't get involved in people's arguments. I have nothing to do
with 'anti-keyclown' or whatever the hell it is. Now, all I have to do to
post an innocuous piece of news and you fire back with some nonsense yap
crap about damn forges. Bud, I represent my SELF and no other. If I want
to say something, I WILL. I can take care of my own damn self YOU tell me
what "antics" I've been up to? Anything I say on any message board, I am
not ashamed of, and anyone that doesn't like it can kiss my a$$.

Erm, Jerry: This has exactly WHAT to do with CB radio? Or even ham
radio? Why not post it in the proper newsgroup, perhaps
alt.cellphone.hacking. Your "story" has nothing at all to do with CB
radio.

Maybe it's the heat, Jerry? You appear to be lowering yourself to the
level of DouGay Adair N8WWM, who is widely hailed as the newsgroup
idiot!

Go back and read it again--carefully. It was merely a funny story. The guy
"caught" himself! Why are you so
sensitive? .

Maybe one of us should quote it for you since you can't seem to read; from
the very first sentence...

"According to the CGC Communicator, complaints about interference from a

Yea, I know. MAN, are people sensitive! I read the story, thought it was
amusing (like those "Darwin Awards", or a guy robs a bank and his pants fall
down, etc), and just posted it simply as a funny story. No harm
meant at all, and I got a sarcastic reply. .

Dickieboy hasn't quite caught on yet, the words "citizens band" is what
confused him, he hasn't yet realized that CB stands for citizens band.
What do you expect from someone who dosen't even know how to find the 10
meter band?

Sure you do, JerrkyO. Now you're lying, just liek the other scumbags you
associate with. You merely ignored my pointing it out, but you now
realize there is no haunting like a Twisted haunting. You need be more
careful what you bite off,,the taste can be long lasting aand extremely
bitter. Nevertheless, your claims of not knowing what I refer merely
reinforce your guilt , as do your denials of behavior that none have
accused you of.
Claiming you know not of what I speak doesn't make your trolls
disappear, Oxendine. On the contrary,,,,

ENFORCEMENT: WARNINGS TO TWO

TRUCKING FIRMS ABOUT 10 METER OPS

The FCC has warned the owners of a Bristol

Pennsylvania trucking company to get their

personnel off of the 10 meter Amateur band or
face some expensive consequences. In a

letter to Cassidy's Express the FCC says that

it has information that one of the company's

tractors pulling a "CAI" trailer on Interstates

476 N and 76W in Pennsylvania, was the

source of unlicensed radio transmissions on

the 10 meters. The incident took place last

October 9th between 8 AM and 8:30 AM local

time. The Commission has informed Cassidy's
Express that operation of radio transmitting

equipment without a license is a violation of

Section 301 of the Communications Act. That

it could and will subject the operator to fine or

imprisonment, as well as seizure of any non-

certified radio transmitting equipment.

For those not aware, unlicensed operation

carries a fine of $7,500 to $10,000 for each

instance charged. A similar letter was sent to

CLR Transport of Saluda, North Carolina

warning of unlicensed 10 meter operation from

one of their trucks on Interstate 85 between

Gastonia and Kings Mountain, North Carolina

on July 14, 2003. =A0 (FCC)

_

I represent no one but myself.

Your anger has you self-contradicting yourself. Need to see some posts
where you claim you "represent" those on ten meter from being wrongfully
intrudede upon by non-licensed truckers? So far, that's two lies in one
post, Oxendine. Keep protesting your innocence by way of ignorance and I
am certain I can illustrate how far from grace you have fallen from your
earlier days, lid.
You know, you really shouldn't have participated in the behavior begat
by the scumbags of hammie radio, but its too late for that, as you now
come to find. Google bears out your transgressions quite nicely, no
matter how loud you protest, no matter who you cry to.

I am not part of any group, I DO NOT forge

people,

Again, you repeat your innocence regarding forging when none have
accused you of such. Such vehement protesting has the opposite effect,
and I am sure, given the amount of concern you give this idea, you are
filthy dirty in this department, as well. You're no good, Oxendine,
You're a troublmaking lid, and I'm gonna make certain the world of
hammies know it.

I don't get involved in people's arguments.

Responding to what you know are forges illustrate exactly what you "get
involved in", Jerrkyo! Deying it only reinforces your guilt when your
behavior is there for all to see.

I have nothing to do with 'anti-keyclown' or

whatever the hell it is. Now, all I have to do to

post an innocuous piece of news and you fire

back with some nonsense yap crap about

damn forges.

Since you ignored my earlier inquiry of why you would reduce yourself to
participate in such behavior when you maintain (read: lie) that you do
not get involved in such, I believe the hammie world has the right to
know what a lowlife lid you have become. In fact, you probably always
were, but something I said recently rubbed you the wrong way and you
just couldn't control yourself any longer. There have been a myriad of
forgesof me over the years, and you have ignored them all, until
recently. Just can't help yourself, Oxendine. You're a louse,

Bud,

Let's get this straigh, scumbag, I ain't your "bud". You're a scumbag
that plays to forges and you fit well with the likes of N8WWM and
KC8LDO.

I represent my SELF and no other.

Again, I would be more than happy to present posts where you claim you
indeed represent others with your postings concerning ten meter
"bandits". You're so beside yourself with denial and lies, you have
taken to repeating yourself with false claims.

If I want to say something, I WILL.

And when you step out of line and begin taking on characteristics
reserved for my pound puppies of N8WWM, KC8LDO, N3CVJ, and N7VCF, you
will be called on it. Speak all you want, but your nefarious behavior
will not go unnoticed by those whose opinions I hold in high esteem.
Something you and the other lids can't comprehend, is that there are
MANY sandbaggers on this group who NEVER post. Or perhaps you lids don't
even care about that, after all, you lids can't even muster
self-respect, let alone respect for others.

I can take care of my own damn self

You can't even take care of who you respond, let alone anything else.

YOU tell

me what "antics" I've been up to?

Responding to forges you know are forges. Y'all can respond to them all
the live long day, it's something I expect from the lowlifes of Dogie
and Lelnad and Frank. From you, I never expected it. I now know better.
You are exactly what legions of cbers AND hammies on this forum, and
others, have claimed, only I was too trusting to believe it, based on
past conversations we have had, both on the group and in email. You have
since solidified your position as a lid and a scoundrel.

Anything I say on any message board, I am

not ashamed of, and anyone that doesn't like it
can kiss my a$$.

Well, that is certainly the attitude all have come to expect from you,
Oxendine. After all, it's not like you would have a problem with those
who would play up to forges of yourself, should they suddenly appear,
eh, big guy? Nevertheless, should someone wish to take you up on your
offer of kissing your azz, you would need to mark the spot, Oxendine, as
you have proved beyond a shadow of a doubt, you're ALL ass, Oxendine!

Jerry.
