Hi Group,
Any one know if it is legal to transmit control tones on the 27MHz CB band or the FRS band around 467 MHz? Basically interested in using standard DTMF tones to control some devices around the house. |

Insofar as use as a remote control, this may be against regs, as this does not fit the criteria of allowed one-way communication. |
