You can beg all day for other people to send complaints, but when was
the last time someone stopped trolling just because they got TOSsed?
Never. The complaints just encourage them to come back using another
ISP. That's the way it will be until ISPs start requiring references
and conducting background checks before accepting their clients -- and
we both know THAT'S never going to happen.
