Not that I'm aware of--but you might try looking on eBay for some of the old
call books published by International Crystal Manufacturing back in the early
'60's. I've picked up quite a few of the old CB call books for just a buck or
two--seems that no one is interested in them nowadays except those nostalgic
for the early days of 11 meters.

Thanks for the info.

I don't think they published CB callsigns but you can get old CB license
information from the International Transcription Service (ITS, Inc.). For a
fee, they will research the information you request. I think the fee is
around $45/hour. I had them look up some old license information for me, it
took about 15 minutes.
