I have an RCI 2950 that seems to be working, it will transmit and
receive. I don't have any audio on this unit (no sound from the
speaker). I get no sound when I hook up another speaker. The radio
transmits audio and I know it will receive because I see the signal of other
people talking and the signal bars moving. I am troubled about this
problem because the radio works just fine, it's dead on frequency on
AM, USB, LSB. I think that I checked the correct POD for the squelch
to ensure that it was not turned up all the way. If anyone can help me
with this problem what would be so awsome.

REQUESTS:

1. I need to get this audio (sound from speaker) working again.

2. I need the spec information for as much information about the PODS
and what they are for such as VR1 VR2 and so on..... all information
their is to know about it.

You may have a blown audio amp chip, or possibly an open coupling cap.
Check for cold solder joints as well,as 2950's are prone for having
cold solder joints.
