I used to have one with all the channels. I sold it and regretted it since.
Was the best mobile I've run. On the base I run a 1011D into a heath SB220.
The antenna is a cushcraft TEN-3. It's flat side up about 55 feet and the
swr's are flat @ 27.500.

Any of you guys in California monitor 525 LSB? The Dx has been rolling in up
here in the evenings.

Thought maybe a positive post would get some replies about radio instead all
of the hate and discontent.

Also if anybody wants to sell a 148 at a good price let me know. Would like
the extra channels and tuned to drive my Dave Made in the 'ole pick'em up.
