Thats bull**** Frank and you know it, go to web boards or even listen they admit thier guilt. I can say I shot Kennedy and watch gibbons like you run with it. It is no different than people who speed on the highway, Not in feeble minds like yours, it isn't, despite being taught better that one has the very real possibility to maim or kill. I guess they are not doing anything illegal until they get a speeding ticket?? Even thought they are blowing by cars doing the speedlimit. You've proved your ignorance and incompetence concerning the law on many occasion,,this is but another,. Of course, since the mandatory speed in the US is a federally mandated 70 MPH limit, you hold anyone getting a speeding ticket over 70 is now a guilty "federal criminal". Consider yourself cleansed and baptized for the week. |

Here's what Dave typed: "So you are of the Twisted notion that a person is not breaking the law until they are caught? Dave "Sandbagger" " To which I replied correct. Nothing in that statement does it say breaking "FCC Rules". Geo will never admit to being wrong nor will he ever admit to me being right, it would ruin his image of being the #2 troll behind Doug. Start your sexual innuendoes here Geo :::::::::::: |

N3CVJ says otherwise. He said his empirical observations are evidence of guilt. and landshark said you must have a jury of your peers decide you to be guilty. Landshark is correct. However, with certain charges brought by the FCC, exceptions abound. |

It does not affect the amount of splatter a single signal has on it. Skip affects splatter in he manner that if the skip isn't running, you won't hear the splatter from a distant station across the country. You really should stick to what it is you're actually good at Shoot, Davie,,I'm excellent at hanging you out to dry,,,your default mode (making personal insults when you disagree) in your incredible posting history removes any doubt. (Chumming perhaps?) and leave the discussion of RF theory to those of us who DO know what we're talking about. Dave "Sandbagger" N3CVJ Which would be fine, except your self-professed knowledge has proved just the opposite. You are an extra class hammie who maintains roger beeps are illegal and that doing over 70 mph makes one a federal criminal, illustrating you have no freakin' clue *what* you talk about, but that never stops you from sticking your foot in your mouth and telegraphing such learned ignorance. |
