Rule 25 - Modifications to Transmitters

your CB transmitter
{C} You must not operate a CB transmitter which has been modified by

Not so sure they're 100% illegal:

1. It doesn't take internal modifications to transmit a roger beep on
a CB radio. External electronics can accomplish this. Microphones do
not have to be type accepted and can include this circuitry.

2. Roger beeps used for their intended purpose (that is, signaling
the end of a transmission) are not used "simply to attract
attention", are not intended to entertain, and do not violate any
part of either of these sections.

You might want to rethink some of your statements before you put them
out here, not-not-Jorge. In this case, you're not 100% correct.

It's a field notice with every radio from their site. The dumbass field
agents assumed all Galaxies are illegal. Typical for government employees.
They were even too lazy to type each one. They copied and pasted from the
web site.

No they do not "type accept" these radios.
You show a photo of one of the labels where it says they are type accepted.
And I'll show you a forgery.

The rule says, "No sound effects" are permitted.
Taken literally, this may even include "talk back".
