Hey Guys,
I have had excellent results with the Viking antenna made by Childs. Not
many people have heard of it. Anyhow , the shop that I used to get them from
closed up as the ole' boy retired.
Is there any good trunk mount antennas that perform really well ? Or
possibly a magnetic mount that performs well and will stay on the car at
freeway speeds ?
I run a Ranger 2950 ( the old good ones with the amber backlit) , I need
something that will make this unit perform its best . Might even turn on
the footwarmer every once in awhile. :-)

My closest truck stop deals in Wilson and Barjunk I mean Barjain.
How about a LIL Wil , are they good or junk ?

I have used the Wilson 1000 on my truck for years with great results. I had
to stop using the K40. I use the LIL WIL on my ATV.
