Then there is no reason for your stated ignorance above, as it's wrong. HR 2346 sheds light on your bewilderment concerning this issue. It does not give states any rights, only local jurisdictions. We debated in at length on this newsgroup several times in recent years. Well then, you certainly managed to illustrate a poor retainment value. Put your google skills to use and see for yourself. Again, you are the one making incorrect claims about the law. If you were to become educated on communication law, you wouldn't be making such goofs and getting upset at those who pull you up for such errors. Don't get mad, Davie, get educated. David T.
