found a loophole to sell CB amplifiers and imported non
type-approved hf radio equipment. The dealer is under the protection
of a liberal activist judge who is protecting the rights of undocumented
alien employees. Typical of hams, they prefer to whine in various
forums and on the air, rather than writing a letters to their senators and
voicing their objections about the obstructionist liberal Democrats in the
U.S. Senate who are blocking Bush's court nominees with threatened
filibusters. The same liberal activist judge is allowing other area dealers
to sell previously illegal CB equipment as well, as long as there are no
references to God in the stores or on the equipment.

Just repeating what I have been monitoring from the 3965
pirate. Go down and get it first hand yourself. He says he
is planning a simo broadcast this weekend 3965/6672, and
there is also local info available on 27680.

3965, and the stuff he puts out ranges from the interesting to not so
interesting. It doesn't require much effort to set your hf tuning dial
to 3965 and get first hand what the guy is saying, does it? Sort of
beats calling people names, prior to hearing it first hand. Wouldn't

There has been all kinds of pirate activity around there. Check out
3960........oh yea,,also strange happenings going on around 220 - 230
mhz,,A certain government security agency -and- a private security firm
contracting for the government have been using these frequencies with
some sort of technology akin to how trunk-trackers operate...but way
faster.

That certainly is a myopic view. Here's a glaring fact...the majority in
this group who "whine" about the laws being broken are reactive instead
of proactive. When this behavior is illustrated, the reactive whiners
tend to look to others to blame for their behavior.
