Default Download a whole website to your computer.

Sometimes, a guy just finds a whole website he would like to examine in
detail--when offline. Such as downloading it your laptop and taking it on
vacation with you, on a plane, lunch hour at work, etc...

Here is a link to Httrack, a program which will do that for you... becareful
about setting it to ignore robot rules and turning it lose on a LARGE
website... you could be downloading for days...
http://www.httrack.com

Warmest regards,
John

Or, save yourself the download and hassle, and just do it via your
"favorites" menu, if you are using Internet Explorer...

- Add the site to your favorites, choose to "make this page available
offline".
- Choose how many pages deep you want it to go, and even choose how much HD
space you want to limit it to, should you want to limit it.
- Select exactly what you want it to download, images, sound and video,
ActiveX and Java applets, and select if you want it to only follow links to
HTML pages, or to everything...

Much less hassle...

.... that is NOT the same...

Anyone savvy in the web use will understand why Httrack is necessary...
those who don't think they need it--don't need to know...

Warmest regards,
John
