If you do go to ebay, take GOOD clear pictures
with some close up ones. It is the best way to get the most cash!!!
Many put up ****ty pictures, small pictures, fuzzy pictures, dark pictures and you just can't
tell what you're buying. Some do this to "hide" bad products, chips, scratches. dent's.
worn paint, etc.
good luck

Thanks for the advice on the pics. I "try" to do the best pictures I can, and I usually have decent luck. In my case, lighting makes all the difference. My house is on the dark side no matter how much light I add. As for going to e-bay, I don't know that I have much choice here - the news groups aren't doing it, even if Swap groups. The local want ads come out every weekend, I can have the stuff advertised a good 4 days before they come out, and to a much wider audience.

Thanks again,

Lou

I have a similar program, but ya know, half the time I put more time into the ad copy than the picture. But, as I said - usually my problem is lighting. I have "lightened" pictures which were dark, but it depends too on the picture, some tend to get washed out if made too light. But still, thanks for the tips.

Hi Lou, when I take pictures I use a program called PageImage.
With this program I can edit the pics for a better pic. Nothing changes other than
brightness, sharpness and size. Doing this people can see much detail in what they might bid on.
