How can anyone talk local anymore with these damned linears tearing up
channels above and below my home channel with yelling and constant yapping
about useless crap, especially repeating themselves 3 or 4 times calling
another station somewhere beyond the legal range according to FCC
Regulations!

The F.C.C. Does Not Exist!

It is operated by Linear operator sympathizers within the FCC that warn
their "friends" by personal phone about a possible "visit". And these
"friends" notify their friends and alert them to turn off all linears until
all is clear!

The FCC is unable to find the interference and quits making visits and
passes them off as "crybabies wanting attention from the FCC to bust
somebody!"

If the FCC would conduct an unscheduled audit of their employees then they
would find the leak! And have that person fired!

Item 2:
Channel 9 needs to be just another CB channel since Hwy patrol cars across
the WHOLE U.S.A. no longer carry them or have had them removed for good,
since everyone uses cell phones to report an incident!

Either Use channel 9 as an emergency or just let it fall to the side since
police departments despise them as useless compared to cell phones.

Why?

Well, someone may have made a prank report on the cb,
well damn, pranks can be made by landline or cell phone!

GEEZ!

Item 3:
39 other channels so, why stay on one channel and tie it up with useless
issues that don't amount to jack ****! At the same time someone is unable to
hear their neighbor because a "Crybaby" of a trucker wannabe is on the
channel with their "Goodbuddy" cryin' cause they gotta take a load to this
place and they don't like goin there!

Turn in yer damn CDL and let someone else drive that is really looking for a
trucking career and you can go work at walmart everyday of your life or live
on the streets or sit at home on your ass! You supposed to a professional
truck driver! Instead you've made yourself a professional crybaby! You've
done that with every other job!

Be LUCKY you gotta damn job - look at all these people with NO jobs! No
home, NO nothing!!

And here you is being a Crybaby cause you gotta go take a load from point A
to Point B and you don't like going there because what.... you just don't
like the weather or the women or the men working there or the dogs, cats,
traffic, kids, the atmosphere the 4-wheelers that get in front of you, or
your goodbuddy didn't want to sleep in your bed!

the scraps from the Federal Budget. Your gripe is with the wrong
governmental body. Try complaining to the House and Senate
Telecommunicatons committes. They are ones that oversee the FCC and
are influencial in forming their budget allocations.

Many within the FCC would love to have another ten to twenty million
dollars annualy for enforcement. But right now most of the US taxpayer
money is going to build bombs, bullets and Hummers. Oh and I did
forget the payola of government contracts for the rebuilding of Iraq.
Then again we need to stop blowing the place up before we rebuild it.

What enforcement allocation the FCC does get, is directed toward
protecting you and I from incredibly dangerous and overt sexual
connotations and profanity. All the enightened (and some not so
enlightened) countries in the world broadcast much more exposure than
the fleeting site of a woman's single breast, but not in this country.
The FCC must protect us from Janet Jackson's tit and the word "****".
I'm telling you, the only thing that makes sense is the current
administration is rampant with blatant homosexuals who actually find a
woman's breast offensive. Add Jeff Gannon to the equation and this
admin's catering to the queers while trying to maintain they are

I still state the the FCC does exist.

Though I can agree with you that placing the CB service at 27 MHz for
what the service was intended, was a big mistake. The inablility to
control a band gone out of control from the early 70's has resulted in
a band that is essentially unenforced. WHat enforcement is now done is
in direct response to complaints from individuals to the FCC or to
individual's Congressman.

I have known of instances where COngressional representatives have sat
on the House Telecommunications commitee and have received complaints
from voters about interference from CB operators. The problems were
corrected. Also the FCC did shut down four operators in the West Palm
beach area about 10 yrs ago and they were never heard on the air
again. Seems that they lived in the flight path to Palm Beach
International Airport approach. Harmmonics from their station
operation were interfering with radio communications between planes
and tower. The FAA and the FCC did not take kindly to that.

Yes in rare incidents the FCC will enforce the regualtions. In most
part they are so understaffed that enforcement for all the frequencies
that they are required to is just not possible. I guess in a weird
way, you could say the FCC does not exist.
