If you look at his bangs, it looks he's had a haircut.

Also, if you look at the body there's considerable layering in the hair,
along with a lot of blending or blurred fill- places where there's no
detail and the pixels are all close to the same color. Expand it in a
viewer that will allow determining individual pixels, you'll see what I
mean.

If it is a picture of a genuine bigfoot it's had a lot of unnecessary
doctoring..
