Default PA Speaker

I have a CB with the PA feature -- yet it don't put out enough.

I took a small guitar amplifier and removed the main amplifier and the AC
line.

It takes 12 Vdc (Tip is Positive + --o)

I take the audio from the PA jack on rear of CB and patch it to the 1/4"
jack input on the Amplifier.

2 terminals that were connected to the main speaker are used to patch a line
to the external PA speaker that would be mounted somewhere away from the
engine and the heat that it puts out.

Using the main controls I can adjust the volume and how much audio I want to
go to the PA speaker.

I tried it this evening -- it is Loud and clear because I can adjust Treble
and Bass to give it a non-distorted sound.

I heard the dogs a few houses down start up after hearing me do Li'l John's
"WHAT?"

Can't wait for HALLOWEEN, yo.

P- out!

240 Robert.
