I have a uniden pc-76 which has the 4-pin mic plug, can anyone let me
know the mic wiring or a site that has it?

On my site, there is a microphone wiring database. You select the radio from a drop down list.
If you also select the microphone you are using, it will give you a diagram with wire colours.
