That was funny. You should have cross posted it to the ham groups.

Some of the local hams don't like the fact that I clearly state
radio is a hobby and I know how to use my power switch! It's
a feature I know real well. I was kidding some hams about that
a few months ago. Radio. It's all fun if you're willing to f*ck
with someone. It can be done one ham, you just have to be careful
how you say it.

Just last Tuesday, one of the CB/ham guys was talking up a coffee
break at a place called Cactus Willys. He joked he didn't know
any cactuses (his word), and when he unkeyed I tossed in, "You
wouldn't want to know any cactuses, they're a bunch of pricks!"
(on CB, of course! LOL!) I have also been known to say "Repeater
time out" when someone finishes a long key-up on the CB. I've
broken up the sideband net lots of times. I'm an equal opportunity
offender. Folks have learned, toss a barb at me and get one back.

You know I'm sending this link to a few I know like that!!!!!!!!!
