Hey Jay, do you know of a guy out there in California that goes by 'uncle
fester tester'? I've heard him giving the folks some funny advice on 27.385
lsb that last couple of days when conditions exist. He even mentioned the
Interceptor 10K. He sure gets the folks stirred up at times. hehehe

Hello Stevo:

No I haven't heard of this guy, sorry. Maybe he got walked on by a guy
with a Interceptor 10K?!?!?!!?

The problem is that the Mojave Desert covers 4 states, so the guy could
be almost any where. There is a lot guys out there living in a old mine
and run a generator to charge the batteries. Scratching out a living
from the mine. Ask em if he is close to Miss Dinah's fillin station.

Actually he said something along the lines of " you can lead a dumb cber to
a good antenna but you can't make him buy one". He had nothing but high
praise for you and the I 10K.

I only was able to catch bits and pieces since conditions weren't very good
but he had some funny quips. He told one dude to 'stop repeating that damn
cqdx so much it's getting pretty damn annoying'.

Yea I didn't figure you had talked to him, but he knows of you by name. I
heard him giving the a1antennas url to someone who was interested in his
description of the 10K.
