RRAPper Does Good!

I was suprised to discover an old RRAP callsign in QST, that of Kim, K5TIT! It appears that the ARRL has no problem with the callsign, either in print in their magazine QST, nor on-line on the ARRL's web page. Just the Extras on RRAP. Imagine that.
