Default ARRL Bandwdith Proposal Threatens Packet HF Forwarding ...

Hi all,
Please refer to the previous post of the ARRL Proposal... That I just
posted moments ago..
The ARRL Has taken Back Water.
They told us in December that the Automatically Controlled Digital
Sub-Bands would be left alone...
Now it is clear they have decided not to make that decsion until the
July Meeting..
We need to stop talking with the ARRL, Get a Show of hands of those who
would reject any FCC NPRM that would eliminate the Automatcially Controlled
Subbands.

The time to act is now.. We have been in negotiations for the last 6
months.. Not getting anywhere.. Its time we started preparing our defense.

Thanks..
