Cable for KAMplus w/ Knwd TS950 FSK?

Does anyone know of a commercial cable for interfacing a KAMPlus to a
Kenwood TS-950SDX for FSK?

I see cables for AFSK available, but not for FSK. This is for the 13 pin
connector on the back of the radio to the TNC.
