As everybody whos a SERIOUS DXer knows if theres anymore "Scuttlebutt"
about a operation out of "PYONGYANG"??? The latest operation would have
taken place either mid-year or late year 2016 (with NO PRIOR NOTFICATION
to the DX World) but obviously "KIM JONG EUN" had a usual "change of heart"
and that operation was DUMPED!!! HAS ANYBODY HEARD OF ANOTHER SLIVER OF
HOPE @ ANOTHER TRY @ THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF KOREA??? Remember
Guys there is "Political Correctness" in the DPRK as...
