Authorities had asked for the publics help in their search for a lost hiker, who was reported missing Monday. TheÂ*Sheriffs Office posted on Facebook and Twitter, attaching a photo the hiker had sent toÂ*a friend. The photo showed hisÂ*legs dangled off a cliff high above patches of greenÂ*brush. KuoÂ*thought he could figure out where theÂ*photo wasÂ*taken, or at least get pretty close. His father, also named Byron, was an amateur radio enthusiast as well, and they bonded by communicating with others across the globe before the elder Sell died in 2012.
