There were about 15 reasons why we stopped - the primary reason was
that the business has lost money for a number of years. The loss of
the lease was about 5th down on the many reasons it made no sense to
continue the business.

yes, they have streamlined their business over the last
two years, selling most of their inventories off on their
ebay store front.
