Default Bubbler on 17m ~ 18.085 ??

Last night there was a very wide (18.080 to 18.090) signal sounding very
much like a bubbler on 17m.

Not only was it received here (near Port Huron, MI) at about S9+ but it was
also quite strong in Aruba.

Anyone able to shed any light on this signal and its possible origin?

Thanks!
B.

Of course they are, they have been watching us for years.
They even see you when your rigs are off...
Luckily I still have my lead lined pith helmet...

But seriously, I heard it too, but I can't help explain what it is.
It is indeed very wide and it's definitely a sweeping carrier with a
quick period.
