Default Real QSL route for PY0FT

On 17-Dec-03 at 2317z I worked PY0FT on 20 meters RTTY for a new one. As
part of the exchange he said to QSL direct or via JARL buro. After the
QSO, I went to QRZ and found the PY0FT address as

TONY IWAO TANIMOTO, PY0FT
A/C. RUA NICE CORDEIRO, NO.2600,
FERNANDO DE NORONHA, PE,
BRAZIL

Prepared the card and was ready to mail it then noticed the following
blurb
in the ARRL DX bulletin on the AB5K-2 Cluster

FERNANDO DE NORONHA, PY0F. Tony, PY8IT will be QRV as PY0FT from
December 15 to 26. QSL via JA1ELY.

I am now really confused as the QRZ address for PY8IT is

TONY IWAO TANIMOTO, PY8IT
A/C. RUA ALMIRANTE SADOCK DE SA 7, APTO. 1203
CEP 22411-020, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ,
BRAZIL

and JA1ELY is

TOSHIKAZU KUSANO, JA1ELY
P.O.BOX 8
KAMATA, TOKYO 144-8691,
JAPAN

Anyone know which 'direct' address is the correct address?
