Tropo on 220, 144 or 50 in northeast USA tonight?

Tropo on 220, 144 or 50 in northeast USA tonight?

At about 7:45PM EDT in NJ I saw what looks like tropo co-channel
interference on New York City's channel 13. So maybe there is some VHF
DX to be had right now (I don't have any decent VHF rigs handy myself
though).

As channel 13 is just a little below 220, maybe there's some good tropo
to be had there.
