e mano tesa verso il prossimo... ** STRANGE RADIO EVENT ** Strange Radio Team presents a special event made for the OM. An hand to the world. ** STRANGE RADIO EVENT ** This competition will be yearly but the program will be different each year. Strange Radio Event participation rules: 1- Period: from 00.00 UTC of 22 October till 24.00 UTC of 24 October 2004. 2- Points: S.R.T. stations 3 points, special call stations 5 points, Jolly station 10 points. These stations can be worked a time to day for every band. 3- For the Strange Radio Event Certificate are necessary 30 points. 4- Bands: 2 m.(144.240-144.280 Mhz), 6 mt.(50.200-50.250 Mhz), 10 m.(28.650-28.750 Mhz), 15 m.(21.300-21.400 Mhz), 20 m.(14.290-14.350 Mhz), 40 m.(7.042-7.047 Mhz), 80 m.(3.600-3.700 Mhz). These frequency ranges are made to respect other activities on bands. QSO using links, repeaters, satellites are not allowed. 5- S.R.T. Stations, special calls and jolly station calls will be posted as they will be available before the contest start. 6- Award: A plaque with certificate will be awarded to: First HF Station, First VHF Station, First SWL Station. The S.R.T. Committee will give the plaque to the Winners during the 2° Strange Radio Meeting in Agropoli (SA-Italy) on 2005. 7- Log: Standard logs are necessary. A summary sheet is required showing all the QSO details on each band, name, callsign, full address of the applicant, callsign of the operators and a signed declaration. Logs must be mailed within 30 days from the end of the contest and addressed to: IZ7DOK Marco De Carlo, via Degli Orefici 6, 73100 Lecce, Italy 8- Donations will be give on 2004 to the Nation AIDS Research Association. 9- Strange Radio Event Certificate: this special participation certificate is available to all the participants with a minimum of 30 points. The Strange Radio Event Certificate can be obtained sending a donation of 10 Euro or 10 $ with the log to the Event Manager. |
