D88S QSL?
Has anyone received a QSL from this station? He was active from a Korean
Base in the South Shetlands a year or more ago. 73 Joe |

I made two mailings w/$ requesting confirmation of Dec 02 and Feb & Mar 03 contacts. Have also sent 2 e-mail requests asking if my cards were received...to date no response to either effort. Yes I have the card for QSO 2-Jan-2003, I guess I sent 2 x US 1$'s cannot
