Its a good : thing Icom makes a usually reliable radio because their customer : service sucks. I ordered the parts over a month ago now still : nothing!! I wish I knew the value I'd try to find a nother source. I've been down that road before Tom. It's hard to believe, but since Kenwood has gone to a national distributor for parts (Global Electronics), the parts availability has been the best of the "big 3".
