Default LAR HF Omnimatch info

Hello everyone,

I've got an LAR HF Omnimatch which covers 1.8 - 30 Mhz, but although
I've searched the web and google groups I can't find any information
about it.

The power rating is marked as 200W, but I would like to know what sort
of circuit it uses. Can it be used to tune a long wire or "any length
doublet", or it is really only good for matching an antenna that is
slightly off resonant length?

Also, someone told me that although it only has an unbalanced antenna
connection it could also be used with balabced line feeder. Is this
true?

I would be very grateful for any information received. Ideally I
would like a copy of the manual for this item, and would be willing to
pay all costs.

Thanks in advance

Richard
