AMECO PS-1 Power Supply - 125v DC / 6.3v DC

The PS-1 is a general purpose power supply for use with Ameco
Converters or other equipment. It supplies 125 volts DC @ 50ma and 6.3
volts AC at 2 amps. It may be used to supply power to 2 two tube
converters, 3 or 4 tube converters, crystal calibrators, VFO's, Grid
dip oscillators, pre-amps, Q-multipliers or other devices up to it's
maximum rating. The circuit is designed so that B+ or B- can be
grounded. This will permit operation as a negative bias supply, grid
block keying of transmitters, or the usual plate supply. The filament
is not grounded so as to permit the user to apply bias or center tap
connections that are often needed in preamplifiers or instruments. It
has an octal outlet with pins as follows:

1: no connection, 2: B-, 3: no connection, 4: internal tie point, 5:
ground to chassis, 6&7: 6.3v AC, 8: B+

As you can see from the pictures, the unit is quite clean and in good
condition. I tested it with a cheap digital multimeter and got 157
volts DC off pins 2 & 8 (no load) and 6.2 volts AC off pins 6 & 7 so
it seems to be ok.
