Easy 70cm HT mod wanted

Looking for absolutely the easiest 70cm/440 Mhz ham HT mod. Prefer no
soldering, cutting wires, etc.

I would like to open up TX range to the 430 to 470 area. Recent
model radio (year 1999+) desired.
