Default MF-100 tube

I have a pair of Heintz Kaufman type MF-100 triode tubes ...They have
side cap grids and Plate caps on top . They were spares fpr an old 27
MHZ. Diathermy machine..Anyone have specs on this tube?Anyone need
such a tube? W4PQW
